In Studio – Private Parties

Minimum of 8 paying guests
Maximum of 40 guests
$37/person for 2-hour class – Canvas (16×20)
$47/person for 3-hour class – Canvas (16×20)
$42/person for 2-hour – Wine Glasses (2 – 18 oz glasses)
$47/person for 2-hour – Wood Sign (size and shape can be customized)
$47/person for 1.5-hour – Paint Pour (4 – 6×6 canvases)
$55/person for 2-hour – Paint your Pet (16×20 canvas)

The studio will be open 15 minutes prior to your class for your guests.

Guests arriving 15 minutes after the party starts will not be allowed to paint.  The studio will close 15 minutes after the scheduled ending time of the party.  The party host will be billed any time over at a rate of $25/15 minutes.

Guests can bring in anything they want to eat or drink during the party.  Guests MUST be 21 years old to drink alcoholic beverages.

Painting and Pinot will provide plates, napkins, cups, forks, and wine openers for your use.  The studio does NOT have ice.

In Home – Private Parties

Painting and Pinot staff will arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled party.  We will start promptly so please encourage guests to be on time.  Most paintings take the full 2 hours.  Clean up takes about 15-20 minutes.

Classic Artist – In Studio

In Studio – up to age 15
$350 for up to 10 kids (+birthday child)
$20 for each additional child
1.5 hours of painting instruction
Access to the studio for an additional half hour (for presents and cupcakes)

Thank you for requesting information on our virtual private parties!  Our Virtual Parties and Events are a great way to explore your creative side with your friends, family, or coworkers.  We do all the work and host your virtual event with step by step instructions for all participants.  Virtual classes are great for adults as well as children!

We have two options for virtual classes – one to help with a budget and one to help with your time (you choose!)

Virtual Party without supplies:  $100 for base class fee.  This includes a 2 hour painting class for up to 10 guests (supplies not included in this base class fee).  Additional guests can be added at a rate of $10/guest (supplies not included in this class fee).

Virtual Party with supplies:  In addition to all fees association with the “Virtual Party without supplies” (listed above) – Supplies are $20/person with pickup from the studio.  Supplies include a 16×20 canvas, paint, and 3 artist quality brushes.  Pickup must be arranged with studio staff to happen on a mutually beneficial time and place. If you are planning a party with supplies, the party MUST be scheduled at least 10 days in advance.
