Thank you for requesting information on our private parties!  We offer several choices of private painting classes that are sure to fit your budget, schedule, and group needs!  At our private parties, you choose the painting!  We can even customize the colors to match everyone’s taste/décor.

In Studio – Private Parties

Minimum of 8 paying guests
Maximum of 40 guests
16 X 20 canvas
$37/person for 2-hour class
$47/person for 3-hour class

The studio will be open 30 minutes prior to your class for your guests.

Guests arriving 15 minutes after the party starts will not be allowed to paint.  The studio will close 15 minutes after the scheduled ending time of the party.  The party host will be billed any time over at a rate of $25/15 minutes.

Guests can bring in anything they want to eat or drink during the party.  Guests MUST be 21 years old to drink alcoholic beverages.

Painting and Pinot will provide plates, napkins, cups, forks, and wine openers for your use.  The studio does NOT have ice.

In Home – Private Parties

Will come to home within 10 miles of Studio
11-20 miles out of range will require a $25 travel fee

31+ miles out of range will require a $75 travel fee

Painting and Pinot staff will arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled party.  We will start promptly so please encourage guests to be on time.  Most paintings take the full 2 hours.  Clean up takes about 15-20 minutes.

Classic Artist – In Studio

In Studio – up to age 15
$350 for up to 10 kids (+birthday child)
$20 for each additional child
1.5 hours of painting instruction
Access to the studio for an additional half hour (for presents and cupcakes)
Printable customized invitations
12 Cupcakes (additional can be purchased)

The studio will be open 15 minutes prior to your class for your guests.  The studio will close to guests 15 minutes after your scheduled class time.  Extra time in studio can be purchased at rate of $100/hour.

Choose “free paint” on 11×14 canvas or paint pour on 6×6 canvas
Access to the studio starts when to party starts.  The studio will close 5 minutes after your scheduled end time
